Finally finished. I am not too satisfied with the outcome relative to the amount of time I had to put into this. And the unnecessary amount of details! Some parts are only visible under 4x zoom. I need to reform my techniques... :\

But hey, it's finished, it's over, and I passed my Chu-kyu-jo Iaido exam this Saturday! Yeah!

I hope you enjoy this piece. :)

So, many people have said this, but I will go ahead and agree with them that I find it funny that, while Celestia, Luna, and Philomena are all ready to face whatever fate decides to throw at them, Twilight is doing some pleasure-reading.

That said, this is a gorgeous piece, and I want to take it home with me.

...but now I cannot help but see the frowny face in Celestia's right wing. Philomena's feathers are unhappy.

Wow…this is fantastic! I like the texture of the piece. And I really like how the manes turned out, especially for Luna. It's the right balance between hair and smoky stardust. Luna's wings seem to be missing though. Are they just furled out of sight?
Anyway, nicely done! :clap:
